  1. Poor Service-Bad Attitude
    I have visited this location on several occasions and each time I leave so frustrated because of the attitude I am presented with and a non-caring action. "If I can't duplicate it, I can't fix it", is what I'm told every time I pull up to get my car repaired. They don't offer any other possibilities to reach a solution to the problem. There is such arrogance with Mark in the service dept. It's ridiculous! I will not be returning to that dealership for any reason. I have dealt with many dealerships and have NEVER been treated in this manner. It's has not been a single occasion. (butterflygirl9248, 05/29/2009)
