Ratings & Reviews of Toyonda Auto Repair
  1. EXCELLENT TOYOTA MASTER MECHANICS!!! ***** 5 STAR *****
I have had nothing but an excellent experience from this shop. I have used them for two different Toyota 4 Runners that I own and both times I have been more than satisfied with both the price and the quality of work. I recently had a complete top of the engine rebuild and not only was the work done prefessionally and expertly, but the owner actually made the extra effort to contact my after market car warranty company to get some of the work covered under its terms and conditions without me ever having to make contact with them myself. Not one phone call to them and the business of the repair and the majority of the bill was paid for without any interaction from me. Usually I expect to have to spend hours and hours on the phone with warranty companies dealing with a claim and again I did not have to invest one single minute of my time to get it done. I appreciate the professional repair services and I appreciate the extra customer service that I received in getting my baby back fully functional and road trip worthy! Thank you TOYONDA!!! ***** STAR experience both times that I have used them. I would recommend this shop to anyone that wants over 2 decades of master certified TOYOTA repair skills. -Kirby (KiRbYdOoO, 10/22/2009)

  2. Avoid this shop
The guy that owns this shop charged me $500 to change my timing belt and it turns out it was never changed. He even put the sticker inside the engine compartment that claimed it was replaced. What a fraud! He is very stand-offish and has horrible customer service skills. If you have another shop go there or pay the same, yes I said the same, at the dealership down the street.
