Battery exchange BAD EXPERIENCE! by Pamela D. at InsiderPages
I dropped my car off with an estimated 45 minute wait time to have the dead battery replaced.
When I returned, they said there was nothing wrong with my battery & they couldn't replace it under the warranty. I explained that it was dead this morning, I charged it, drove it there & told them of the volts it was registering prior to charge. They again said, We don't know about that, it either tests good or bad.
When I got into my vehicle to leave the custom mats & seat covers were covered with GREASE!!! I originally purchased a Sears Gold Die Hard due to their reputation & warranty. I will NEVER go back to Sears at the Chandler mall again!!!

I really like going to Sears auto at Chandler Fashion Center. They are helpful and dependable, you can watch them as they take care of your vehicle thru a huge glass window next to the waiting room. The waiting room is very nice, or you could take a little stroll up to the mall if you have a while to wait. The prices are fair and they offer occassional specials. THey do a nice job of keeping the interior of your vehicle clean too. I trust them to perform a good repair job or service and they don't push you to do extra work.
PROS: location, price, dependability
CONS: sometimes the wait can be long if you don't make an appt.
