pinnacle at south mountain
As a recent former resident of pinnacle at south mountain(leaving only because my lease was up and I had found better living arrangements)I would like to take the time to relay my experience of 2yrs with them.
On a whole my experience was quite frustrating and disappointing. They claim to be resident friendly and timely however at one point i waited 3 days for someone to come out and look at my garbage disposal! This caused quite an inconvenience for me considering that I couldn't even use my own sink until it was fixed. This along with many other inconveniences which include rude and incompetent staff only add to my frustration. After being out of there for about a month I find myself for yet another time working with this community. This time they have fraudulently billed me for items such as carpet , and paint something they legally must repair and or replace for each new tenant. I am single adult professional with no children and a very clean person. I find billing me for paint and replacing 10 year old carpet (with many many others residing there throughout the years) absolutely unacceptable. My advise to those thinking about residing there in the future or those who already reside there is to absolutely do a walk through and take pictures with a staff person both at the time of moving in and moving out!!!! Or be real wise and DON'T LIVE THERE!!!!!
