  1. Never Get a Complete Meal
Our company orders from them quite often for lunch, but everytime we order there is something missing or the food is cold. We ordered today and they completely missed the chicken in my salad, how can you miss the most important part of the meal? My goal is not to use them for any of our catering or big lunch orders. 2. Not so good ...
Went with teenage kids (2) and wife. Lasagna was just foul ... poor tasting. Calzone was over cooked and too much seasoning/salt. And these were the favorites .. which took 45 minutes to get. Small table for 4 ... small plates for the huge calzone you get ... and it was a chore to get extra napkins. Won't go again ... (jimolo, 06/30/2009)

  4. Greatest Pizza by Skyview R. at InsiderPages
This past year I tried Oregano's pizza. It was so good. My kids love the cheeses bread and the warm chocolate chip cookie that they serve at the end. If you are ever in the area you need try one of their locations. (Citysearch User, 02/05/2009)

  5. Horrible by Julie M. at InsiderPages
Horrible service and food. Our order was messed up. When the manager came to talk to us, he acted like a pizza cookie dessert would solve the problem. What would have solved the problem was if he was not completely arrogant. Maybe they dont get complaints often, but the should take them a little more seriously. (Citysearch User, 12/12/2008)

  6. Top Notch by ilene w. at InsiderPages
Wow! Is this place to die for. First it is a great atmosphere. We have been on the outside in 100+ heat and were comfortable. It's in downtown Gilbert Quaint and Quiet. The service is awesome. The food? Well, food is great the pizzas made to order and off the menu. But You Absolutely can not leave without dessert. The Pizza Cookie is, worth every penny, every calorie every savoring bite!! A must when going to Oregano's. (Citysearch User, 11/15/2008)

  7. Wouldn't bring the kids. by Nadia S. at InsiderPages
Although my husband absolutely loves this place, I am sorry to say I cannot say the same. The food is good, the deco I love. But it seems there is always a huge waiting list, they don't take reservations, and their specialty (the one everyone goes there to have) takes 45 minutes to make. So unless you are willing to spend a good hour waiting out in the blazing heat, and then wait another hour to get your food, this is the place for you. Again, the food is quite good, but I am not convinced it's worth the wait. Cannot imagine bringing the kids here, even if they do get to play with a little pizza dough. (Citysearch User, 10/10/2008)

  9. I don't care for the food at all
They use some seasoning, it seems like in every single dish. I can't figure out what it is, but I don't care for it at all. Have tried Oregano's several times, pizzas and pasta dishes. I just don't like it. I don't understand the big deal and the huge wait they always have. There are other great places to go, we won't go back. (kjjo, 04/11/2008)

  10. Great Food!!! by Erin C. at InsiderPages
The atmosphere is wonderful and it is a great place to take a date. As far as the food, the have the best pizza and great pastas. Sometimes the wait can be really long and their estimates can be off by as much as 20 minutes. But all in all it is worth the wait. (Citysearch User, 03/30/2008)

  11. Different
A group of us went here to meet up and enjoy some good pizza. Apparently the Italian sandwiches are absolutly great. I was needing something on the lighter side so I got the brushetta. The different part here was that instead of toasted bread with a tomatoe mixture, I recieved a fully cooked version that was similar to cheese bread with tomatoes and basil all cooked together. This took me by surprize at first, but it was really good. I totally recommend going here for a layed back time with good food. It was a bit of a wait to get the food due to it being busy, but worth it. (alaskaom, 02/21/2008)

  14. Get there early by zilla C. at InsiderPages
We have tried Oregano's at two locations and the food is fantastic. The service is always fun and the atmosphere on the patio is a pleasure. We both love the pasta dinners, any of them will do but we are partial to Alfredo the dark with chicken. I have had most of the pasta on the menu and can say that all of them were off the charts. Big portions and a box to take the rest home. The pizza is good, thin crust and full of your choice of toppings. Salads are huge and fresh. The PZookie is the finishing touch. Melted cream over a fresh baked cookie dough in a personal pan pizza dish. So rich its hard to finish. Our friends have always requested we meet there for dinners but I must caution you....GET THERE EARLY....there is always a wait...but well worth it. (Citysearch User, 10/09/2007)

  15. Great Food / Great Service and Atmosphere
This place has such awesome food that there is always a wait. They don't deliver so be willing to pick up. The authentic Italian fare is so flavorful. The staff is fun and friendly. If you have the time, try the Deep Dish Pizza - it is sooo worth the wait. Their unique dessert is the Pizooki (pizza cookie) comes highly recommended. Our family of 4 gets out the door for around $30 (without alcohol). (bensign, 01/20/2007)
