Hooray for Robert!
I had an amazing birthday thanks to Maxim. They recommended and booked my dinner reservations for me and my husband that evening. While I was at dinner, I had an insane craving for Guinness beer. I text messaged the driver and he made sure there was a 12 pack in the vehicle when I finished dinner! We rented the stretch expedition and it was unbelievable! I was given a free upgrade from the lincoln town car I had reserved as a special birthday suprise. They stocked the vehicle with water and soda. Just about everything was perfect.

So Much Fun!!
We loved our driver and he knew all the best places to go. They even got us into some of the clubs for free. It was a bachelorette party and they put cute little decorations in the vehicle. So much fun!!!

Maxim Limousine service is outstanding. I use their service quite often and have never had a problem with them in my 4 years having an account with them. I had many problems with other limo comapanys in Arizona. Their chauffeurs are very courteous, clean and great. There vehicles are new and clean with amenities. They know where you?re going and always on time in unformed and chauffeur real look sharp. As for the girls in there office, they are outstanding. Always friendly and very helpful. I will always use Maxim limousine service in Arizona for all my travel needs and worldwide?

Not What They Appear To Be
I rented a party bus for my husbands 50th birthday in October 2008. I was told that it was brand new, beautiful etc. The bus that arrived had tape covering rips in the seats so that made me curious but was not a big deal. The driver and his assistant were real nice guys but admitted they had just moved here from Washington and did not know their way around. For that reason I sat in the front seat to give directions and missed being able to visit with the guests during the bus ride. The driver did not know how to hook an ipod into the sound system but fortunately one of the guests figured it out so we could have music during the ride. We rented the bus for 4 hours. Plenty of time to get from East Mesa to Saguaro Lake. We chartered a boat at Saguaro Lake for a one and half hour dinner cruise. The bus never made it over about 35 miles an hour so the trip took forever!! After the boat ride, which by the way, the driver and assistant joined us on so they got a $30.00 dinner complete with DRINKS!! - we all got back on the bus and the driver could not manuever the turn to get out of the parking lot so he put the bus in reverse and then was NOT able to get it out of reverse for about 30 - 45 minutes. The driver kept getting calls on his cell phone from the party that he was supposed to be picking up at a bar in Tempe. Clearly he had been double booked.
None of this ruined our night but I was certainly disturbed when a month later I got my credit card bill and noticed that I had been charged for an extra hour! I called the office and have spoken on several occassions with Kristen and Robin - both who assured me that the owner had approved a credit after I explained to the what happened that night.
Two billing cycles later I STILL have not received the credit. I think I have been lied to and taken advantage of. I would NOT recommend this business to ANYONE!!!

Chrysler 300 Disco Floor!!!
Ok, so we took the Chrysler 300M that Maxim has to our prom this Saturday...it was sooooooooo fun!! The floor literally lights up like a disco and my friends and I were all laughing while the guys were trying to breakdance after prom!!! The girl on the phone actually had us switch down from the more expensive hummer since we only had 6 people and I'm glad we did!! The 300 was super cool!!

From start to end everything went very good. They are professional on the phone unlike a lot of company's I called. They gave me a good rate, however I did find cheaper but I really wanted to go with a company that was highly rated and they have an "A" rating with the better business and that was worth the extra $10.00 per hour. Very professional company! I really appreciate a company that does business with honesty and integrity

OKAY SO I LOVE THIS COMPANY, I CALLED THEM AND NOT ONLY WAS THE PRICE REALLY FAIR, THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING TO MY REQUEST.
THE VEHICLE WAS NEW , VERY NICE, AND THE DRIVER WAS GREAT. WE ALL FELT VERY SAFE. THE OFFICE STAFF COORDINATED EVERYTHING FOR THE EVENING. THEY SET UP RESERVATIONS FOR DINNER AND SET ME UP WITH VIP TO CLUBS IN SCOTTSDALE.
AS A NICE SURPRISE THEY GAVE ME A FREE BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGNE AND DECORATED THE VEHICLE.
EVERYONE WAS REALLY NICE, AND THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY I WILL EVER USE AGAIN. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The driver was very polite and professional, the office staff set up my reservations for the evening at resturants and local clubs.

Best Customer Service -- HANDS DOWN!
My husband and I had come into Phoenix after our flight had delayed several times. We had booked Maxim Limousine for a pick up and were pleased to know they had watched our flight and had our driver on site promptly when we arrived. We have used other shuttle and sedan services before, but will never again due to Maxim's Superior Customer Service.

Maxim Limousine made my sister's birthday a huge success
I used MAXIM Limousine as a surprise for my sister's birthday. I had a special dvd made with pictures of us growing up and our driver made sure that it was playing when he picked up my sister. Birthday banners and balloons in the limo. The car was new and clean and the office staff helped me put together a tour of phoenix, since we've never been here before. I'll be sure to tell my friends about Maxim limo when they come out to AZ..

Most Disappointing Prom Ever!
We hired Maxim Limousine for our senior prom. They called us 27 hours before the event to let us know that they had double booked the party bus and that we would not be getting it. Other kids at school told us that they had the party bus too. They were the ones who got the bus that night. Maxim knew that they had double booked the bus 6 days before they told us. Maxim hired out another smaller party van from another company and said we could have all our money back and no ride or use the smaller bus and they would not be giving us any of our money back . We all felt blackmailed into accepting the smaller bus or walk to the prom. Even after we took a letter of complaint to their office within 12 hours of the completion of the service, as it was stated in our contract, they still would not give us any money back. Our rental went from a 35 passenger tour bus with 10 tv's, bathroom, bar, 2 stripper poles, mega sound system, and fog machine to a 28 passenger van with none of those features yet they insist that the replacement bus was an upgrade. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever!!!! If you decide to through caution to the wind and not believe this, be sure to pay with a credit card. That way when the service you contracted for is not delivered, you have them backing you.

Hello,
I spoke with your office today, but wanted to take a moment to revisit your site and to repeat my praise for your driver, Darron Sanders, and his meticulous, professional service. We had a superb evening out, free of any cares about transportation or safety. Darron must have ESP because, as we were leaving one of our ightspots, he rolled up from around a corner without our having told him we were leaving. Wherever we were, he was always right at hand when we needed him!
There is o doubt that for any limousine needs we have in this area we will call Maxim and ask for Darron. I'm pleased to know that you will also be able to recommend companies in other cities for our travels. I will book with confidence Based on Maxim's recommendations.

Can't recommend it
I hired Maxim for a business trip to take several important clients to see our newest imaging equipment at the Mayo Clinic and was very disappointed. While the drivers were courteous and the limos were clean, there were several unforgiveable logistical errors and in the end I was overcharged by $200 from the quoted price.
The itinerary was lengthy but simple: Maxim was to pick me up at my airport hotel, drive me to the airport to meet my clients, take us to breakfast, then to the hospital for meetings, then to dinner, and back to the airport. Boy was I in for a surprise. I received a call from Maxim ten minutes before my scheduled pickup telling me that they didn't have a license to operate at the airport for the limo I chose and would have to pick us up in an SUV instead of the planned stretch limo. We had 6 people, so this was a problem. They scrambled a bit and came up with a plan to take me to the airport in the SUV, have a limo meet us at the airport to collect everyone, then take us to breakfast. At that point, they switched the limo on us again because they needed the first limo for another client. That's right, we went through three vehicles in a two hour period and I ended up looking like an idiot to my physician clients.
When everything was said and done, I was presented a bill that was almost $200 above the quoted price. I complained to the driver, who said he couldn't do anything about it, and a follow-up email to the company was ignored. But they continue to send me holiday greeting cards! Yay!
Maxim has a good fleet and good drivers, but is in need of a serious management and customer-relations overhaul.
