Do not use this florist! The worst floral experience I have ever had.
I ordered a Mother's Day dark purple tulip arrangement from their website weeks in advance, specifically asked that the color not be changed, called the week of to confirm the order. The flowers delivered were of very poor quality, wrong arrangement, wrong color (pink and white with a pastel sparkly ribbon!?), not to mention over-priced. They delivered the correct color and arrangement the following week, also poor quality, with white spots on the flowers, which died right away. The owner refuses to refund any of my money, and will only offer to send a third arrangement. Just I want, my mom to receive another bunch of dead flowers. She also tried to turn the situation around on me, grasping for something to take the blame off herself. Poor quality flowers, sad excuse for customer service. I will never use this florist again, and I recommend you save yourself the money and the trouble and go elsewhere. (Jen, 05/21/2008)
