  1. Worst experience with an auto repair business.
    I visited a Goodyear Auto center in my area and had the worst experience ever. They had to replace a timing belt kit on my car and installed it wrong. It caused damage to other parts. Then they tried to charge me to fix it. Absolutely not. They had the worst customer service. Later I found out from a trusted mechanic that when they supposedly fixed their mistake, they still had it wrong. I know have thousands of dollars worth of repairs. I would never want anyone to experience what I have been going through for the past year because of their sloppy, careless work. If you do decide to go there, be prepaired to spend a lot and have lingering issues. (TrS, 11/05/2009)
