This practice is a machine! They are constantly booking you for follow up appointments but when the dr comes in the room he has no idea why you're there! Dr. Pappoe is very nice when he is retrieving you from the lobby and walking you out BUT when you are actually in the room with him he makes no eye contact & doesn't let you finish a single sentence , makes you feel rushed & ultimately unimportant even though you have taken off so many days off work just to comply to his office visits!! I was not impressed! Even less impressed when I had my injections done!! He's very rough! The staff helping him make you feel like you are in a cattle drive. NO ONE informs you what will be injected into you. I was treated like I was a pain for asking questions or for just being in pain!! It's like wth am I here for if you're not going to listen & treat the pain!! How can you treat the pain if you don't listen to the patient?! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! I will never go back!! I gave one star bc I could not post review without leaving a star! I wanted to give no stars! There are way too many pain management offices & Dr's to put up with nonsense like this!
